I solved this little bug just by editing the
/var/lib/flatpak/app/org.kde.haruna/current/active/export/share/applications/org.kde.haruna.desktop
file and changing the icon line with
"/var/lib/flatpak/app/org.kde.haruna/current/active/files/share/icons/hicolor/scalable/apps/haruna.svg"
