STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. On the DELL, under Fedora 35 KDE X11, connect a USB C adapter
2. On the USB C adapter, connect the display port cable

OBSERVED RESULT
=> KDE finds from time to time the screen, either immediately, but more often
after 5mn, or even spends its time to detect the screen/no longer detect the
screen.

Under Wayland, continuous blinking of the screens. impossible to set it.

EXPECTED RESULT
Display the 2 screens under KDE.
The display is better in HDMI.
