I'm unable to reduce the speed of a clip.
There is no speed effect on Kdenlive 21.08.3, and when I try to change the
speed of the clip (by right-clicking on it and the selecting change speed), the
program doesn't allow me to reduce it. It says that the minimum speed is 100.
Attached you will find a picture showing the problem I'm experiencing.
