SUMMARY
We have /sys/class/power_supply/BAT0/charge_control_start_thresholds_* to
prolong battery life for supported hardware.
This allows to limit the charge of the battery as to not deteriorate it while
making it close to transparent to the user.
The idea here would be to mimic this with the user help given him notification
when to plug/unplug his battery.
