SUMMARY
When leaving my computer for some time, upon return the login screen on my
primary monitor is completely black. The second monitor shows the login screen,
but the password entry field is unresponsive. I can still type my password and
successfully login, however there is no visual feedback in the entry field
showing my input.
When I log in, my secondary monitors refresh rate is usually set to 60hz and
sometimes the background image gets set to the default.

Other info:
I have two of the same monitors running at 2560x1440 @ 144hz 100% scaling via
displayport connection. My computer isn't set to suspend but the screen energy
saving is turn on.
