STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set up dolphin with URL links and Brave as the default browser.
2. use awhile then load firefox and set as default
3. use the urls in dolphin
OBSERVED RESULT
persistent opening in Brave but not from other sources
EXPECTED RESULT
expected a change to the new browser

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
suspect the problem may be connected to n issue with Brave even though it has
been uninstalled. I have also manually removed Brave Browser from the file
associations and default apps in setups - not resolved
