Screen locking doesn't have anything to do with energy saving, though. So this
would be quite unintuitive and misleading. I can appreciate that the current
location isn't ideal, but the proposal would be even worse.
There is a long-term effort to come up with a better organization for the pages
in System Settings, but we are still in the design phase and nothing has been
decided yet.
