Way too much repetitive notifications on the computer from the android phone. I
know that theres something like it's Android himself who manage notifications
for us to see it even if it's old and it generate an event so a display. But I
mean, Android will never change that for the pretty eyes of KDEConnect. So the
idea should be to make something for the same notification (to be defined) not
to appear too often (maybe not more than once per day, or maybe not appearing
anymore, but I prefer the temporary mute)
