SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Kickoff menu
2. Move your pointer to the corner of Kickoff menu
OBSERVED RESULT
Kickoff menu doesn't have the ability to resize, though it looks either small
or big depending on preference.
EXPECTED RESULT
The user should be able to re-size Kickoff for good.
