STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Window Rules KCM
2. import the attached window rules
3. delete many rules in sequence
OBSERVED RESULT
Rows are highlighted in blue as the list scrolls while window rules are deleted
in sequence.
The highlight in blue disappears on mouseover. Please watch the attached screen
recording.
EXPECTED RESULT
the observed result should not occur
