On KDE neon with Plasma 5.23.3 and KDE Frameworks 5.87.0, with "Open new
folders in tabs" and "Show on Startup: Folder, tabs, and window state from last
time" options activated, the behavior is this:
- compressing a file opens the action result in a new tab;
- decompressing a file works as expected (no new tab is opened).

Also, if I make some compression/decompression actions (it doesn't matter) in
the new window opened by Ark, all works fine (no new other window is opened).
