SUMMARY
When "Dialogue Box Parent" effect was enabled, sometimes the main window
remains stuck in darken state and never recovers. it doesn't happen every time
but most of the time.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Chromium Browser
2. A succession of clicking save-image-as on a website, such as Twitter. If
clicking is quick, the probability of occurrence is higher.
3. It's highly probably it will happen but not guaranteed.
OBSERVED RESULT
The parent window of a dialogue box get stuck in dimmer state.
EXPECTED RESULT
The parent window of a dialogue box is bright.
