Patch to initialise Qt printer dialog with CUPS settings
There is a Qt code review, https://codereview.qt-project.org/#/c/32127/, with a
patch for initialising the Qt printer dialog with all the CUPS settings,
including default printer, duplex mode and greyscale/colour. This worked for me
with Qt 4.8.6.
I attach a patch file obtained from this code review.
