Dark Theme on KDevelop which shows the global menu not visible

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open KDevelop on Microsoft Windows OS
2. Click Settings and change Colour Theme to Breeze Dark
3. Check the top _Global Menu?_ to see if it changed to dark theme.
OBSERVED RESULT
- When I tried to change the theme, the top menu (global menu?) didn't change
colour scheme. This meant it was pretty much invisible.
EXPECTED RESULT
- Top menu (global menu?) should have changed during the theme change - black
on white & white on black for dark.
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 11 - 21H2 (22000.318)

I'm happy to provide more information to better help look at this bug, i'm also
