The brush cursor is flickering occasionally , when the "Rotation" option is
enabled - for example using the "Tilt direction" setting. This even happens,
when the pencil is held very flat and no misreading of the brush angle should
occur.

I'm using a Wacom Cintiq 27 QHD. Not sure if that is relevant though.
