We're not going to implement every single option in the old effect, because a
lot of them are not generally useful, or would control something that is
intentionally always on, or not relevant to the effect in its current form.
Please feel free to file individual bug reports for things you want that the
current effect is missing, and we'll evaluate on a case-by-case basis.
