Links that don't look like links

With thew new theme, clickable links generally have a blue color and no
underline. However the form layout labels are links but get no special visual
treatment, so they look like non-link text. The same is true of people's names,
which are bold, but otherwise do not look like links. This hides the fact that
these pieces of text are clickable links. I would recommend using the blue
coloration for these labels just like all other clickable links, rather than
hiding the fact that they are links.
