Misc Fixed which I am using over a decade in xterm and which I wanted to teach konsole to use... One more thing: konsole picks /usr/share/fonts/misc/6x13-ISO8859-1.pcf.gz instead of /usr/share/fonts/misc/6x13.pcf.gz.
