SUMMARY
Sometimes when i enter edit mode to customise my desktop and panels, KDE will
freeze and the panels will disappear and ill have to log out to make things
work again.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click on desktop
2. Click on "enter edit mode"
