That other bug is talking about clipboard support, this is talking about
keyboard input from the "Remote input" section in the app, the button is
missing if the PC side is on Wayland.
As of now I have version 1.17.0 on the Android side and Plasma 5.23.2 + KDE
Connect 21.08.3 on the PC side, and this feature is still missing.
