While attempting to rearrange icons on my task manager it stops allowing me to
drop and drop icons after a few. The following errors can be seen in journalctl
but I am not sure if they are related.
This one is logged 5-6 times

OBSERVED RESULT
After 3 or 4 drags, the user is still able to "pick up" the icon but it doesn't
move anywhere again unless you reboot/log out.
EXPECTED RESULT
The user is able to drag and place icons as many times as they want.
