Moved launcher by doing "Super + Up" and "Super + Left"
SUMMARY
I have set the Quick Tile shortcuts to "Super + Directional Key", and
accidentally discovered that if you open the launcher and press a directional
key, it will get tiled.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Press the Super key
2. Quickly use the Quick Tile shortcut
OBSERVED RESULT
You can resize the Application Launcher size
EXPECTED RESULT
Application Launcher should not get resized by user shortcuts
