Sorry, this is the result of a quick and dirty refactoring of the KCM UI that was needed, I was not able to do proper design at the time.. I hope it will be addressed when we switch to QML in that KCM. Also, maybe move the setting of custom labels to the applet, as it belong to it exclusively..
