SUMMARY
When the drawing angle is locked, the drawing angle of the pen tip will still
change for a period of time after the brush contacts the canvas, and then the
final drawing angle will be maintained, which will lead to the confusion of
strokes during rapid drawing
EXPECTED RESULT
After the pen tip touches the canvas, the drawing angle should not change
