not ok - colors do not match
SUMMARY
I have upgraded my Kubuntu 21.10 to Plasma 5.23.2 today via backport ppa.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Switch theme to Breeze Twilight
2. Open Chrome / Firefox / Libreoffice or VS Code (may be any other GTK app
will do, too)
3. Open Dolphin for reference
OBSERVED RESULT
When the above mentioned applications are active the border is slightly darker
than the content. When losing focus display is correct: border color matches
content color otherwise not. Dolphin for reference shows no difference between
active / inactive.
