SUMMARY
When hovering over applets or system tray icons with the mouse, sometimes the
background of the tooltip is rendered incorrectly as seen in the attached
screenshot
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Hover over plasmoids with tooltips with the mouse cursor
2. ... continue hovering over several plasmoids until you see the glitch
