This bug report is quite old. I cannot reproduce this issue with KDE 5.22.5. If
this issue this persists, please provide a new backtrace, preferably with debug
symbols.

I may be wrong, because I'm not that familiar with the code base and product
tagging, yet, but I don't think this should be tagged to product kwin, but
rather systemsettings. I don't see anything in the backtrace provided that
hints to kwin.
