SUMMARY
Unable to mount ANYTHING with dolphin

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Have something to mount
2.  Make sure it's not mounted
3.  Mount with dolphin

OBSERVED RESULT
"An error occurred while accessing '7,4 GiB Removable Media', the system
responded: The requested operation has failed: Error mounting system-managed
device /dev/sdc1: unknown filesystem type 'defaults'"
Try with any other disks / storage media does not work.
used to work, i don't know why it stopped and can't remember when, but it's
around October or september this year

EXPECTED RESULT
It mounts normally and i can access the disk

Kernel : 5.13.19-2 Manjaro 64 bit
KDE Plasma Version:  5.22.5
KDE Frameworks Version:  5.87
Qt Version:  5.15.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Works fine if mounted from terminal, disk manager, and other  programs that can
mount
