SUMMARY
Sorting and grouping task items disabled.
Demanding attention items on taskbar is moved to top of taskbar (on vertical
taskbar) when switching to another desktop and back to current desktop.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Disable sorting and grouping in task manager settings.
2. Switch to another virtual desktop when taskbar has demanding attention
items.
3. Switch back to current desktop
4. After switching items moved to beginning of taskbar

OBSERVED RESULT
Demanding attention items always moved to beginning of taskbar when switching
desktops

EXPECTED RESULT
When sorting disabled items should never change it position on taskbar.
Should be check box in "Task Manager Settings" to disable "demanding attention"
items (don't highlight its on taskbar).
