Not only is the current method not very discoveable, it's also not very useful
for the valid use cases where you want to run an app using the dGPU just this
one time, either to test whether it works better than the iGPU, or to debug a
problem or graphical glitch.
Ideally we need both: a permanent method to say "I always want this app run
using GPU X" and also a temporary override.
