Able to confirm on my own Arch Linux system running KDE Plasma 5.23.1. Tapping
on the K menu with my stylus (Cintiq 24HD), the menu opens correctly. Hovering
over a category with the pen works correctly, but then tapping on any of the
applications does not seem to register as a click.
