I had my OS in SSD while my /home partition was in a HDD. It dies recently and
I switched to a SSD for /home partition too and now plasma session opens within
10 seconds every time.
But the opening time with HDD was absurd. Maybe it was dying and hence opened
so slowly? Anyway I am marking this issue as "resolved, not a bug".
