Can you attach a screenshot (no need to take a picture with your phone) of the error message you're reporting? Also I strongly recommend against using Kali Linux as a normal desktop OS. It is not intended for that and you will run into a million weird problems. If you want a good desktop KDE experience, I would recommend a distro that has Plasma pre-installed. A few are shown at https://kde.org/distributions/.
