STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Kicker
2. hover over a scrollable submenu
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
as we can see in the attached screenshot, there is an horizontal line on bottom
of the scrollable submenu.
This line disappears when the submenu is completely scrolled down.
