STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use Wayland
2. open Konsole
3. if Konsole window is not maximized, maximize it
4. click on window decoration of Konsole and drag the window down: the button
in window decoration indicates that Konsole window is no longer maximized
5. click on "Maximize" button in window decoration (or try to maximize Konsole
window with double click on window decoration)
OBSERVED RESULT
nothing happens, Konsole window is not maximized
EXPECTED RESULT
Konsole window should be maximized
