SUMMARY
Since 5.23, the categories in Kickoff do not honor the custom order set in KDE
menu editor. Instead, all applications are shown in alphabetical order.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have custom menu orders set in plasma <5.23
2. Upgrade to plasma >=5.23
3. See order not being followed

Categories go back to alphabetical order

Expected to keep custom menu order
