When I drag a picture from my home folder (dolphin) to the desktop and is
prompted how I want it interpreted nothing happens when I select wallpaper. The
icon works fine.
HOWEVER, if I select _image_ plasma sets it up as a _wallpaper_.
So selecting image triggers wallpaper and selecting wallpaper does nothing.
I'm using oxygen icons if that makes any difference.
KDE neon 5.7.2
