SUMMARY
Cannot take screenshot of a Windows using Meta + Print shortcut
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open spectacle
2. Open another app window (System Tray settings in my case)
3. Try to capture a screenshot of said window by using Meta + Print
OBSERVED RESULT
Screenshot is not taken and a message suggests to file a bug report
EXPECTED RESULT
Screenshot is taken
