Allow filtering by paths in folder selection
Currently, filtering in the folder selection dialog (when using the "move to",
"copy to" or "jump to" actions) matches the entered text against the name of
the folders. In the past, it was also possible to filter by paths by typing
'/', e.g. typing 'foo/bar' would show folders matching "bar" that are
subfolders of folders matching "foo". This should be made possible again.
