I've used kde for over 20 years - it might be even 25 - I forget, but it was in
the 90's for sure. Never had the problem until now using a fully updated KDE
Neon, which is quite bleeding edge.
However, this install worked fine until my P/S died and I moved the hd into a
different box entirely. Other than being only slightly slower - if at all (2
core, bios is 2009, 6GB) - the only real difference is that my second monitor
is now HDMI <---- I think it's this somehow. It happens with opengl and
xrender.
It happens during a session. I don't have to reboot and it scrambles the icons.
Set to manual. Locked or unlocked makes no difference.
This is indeed a very old bug I see from this thread and also a duplicate.
Maybe this helps someone familiar with the code.
