If I use whatever NVIDIA driver version with Plasma 5.21 or lower, there's no problem. For example, if I use NVIDIA 460.x with Plasma 5.20, the aforementioned problem is not present. If I use Plasma 5.22 with the same driver version, the problem appears and it's present. Then I can use whatever driver version and the problem is always here. Please tell me - how come there's no problem with NVIDIA 460 on all previous Plasma versions but there is with Plasma 5.22? Why the problem occurs even with the oldest available driver versions which are worked great with all previos Plasma versions? Is it really a driver version?
