Sorry for not describing that accuratly with the terminology you usually use.
There are frames around the faces recognized. The frames are named as face
recognized.
I want to enable everybody in my band to see who is recognized on the picture
without using digiKam experts tools (some of the members are older aged and I
need to simplify that).
So the expected dataset would be 
- Source picture with modified metadata written and readable by
digiKam-->Source file multiple MB
- Small picture (I do not mind if color or b/w) with frames around faces with
its related names to it. So everybody can read without experts SW who is on the
picture. The picture shall be saved to the directory of source picture--> File
is a few 100Kb only

Hope I explained myself better.
