KWin rules settings - invisible footer (note the missing "Add property" button
in the bottom)
SUMMARY
1. Open the context menu of a window title bar
2. Choose "Configure Special Window/Application Settings"
3. When you'd like to add a new property, the "Add property" button is missing
4. Resize the window down and up
5. The button appears
