'I' shaped (I-Beam) cursor when selecting
In Plasma Wayland session, the 'I' and `->|` shaped cursors actually point to
it's left-top corner of the cursor icon, instead of expected middle and right.
The normal shaped cursor also have a 4px-left 4px-top offset from the angle of
the icon.

It can also be reproduced on NixOS. But it doesn't exist on Plasma X11 session.
