The official digiKam-7.3.0 version also works here under Windows 11 without any
problems. A DebugView Log with activated Debug environment variable is
therefore required as requested in Comment 1 by Gilles, since we cannot
reproduce the problem.

Before you test the developer version digiKam-7.4.0, make a backup of the
database, as a database update is being carried out.
