Krunner not centered to the screen
SUMMARY
Krunner and panel editing tool are not centered on the screen. Krunner has only
two settings, "top" and "center", and they both only move it vertically to the
top or the middle of the screen, nothing horizontal.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Krunner or right click on the panel and click "edit panel", you will
see that both krunner and the editing tool on the top sit to the right of the
screen, not centered

Both Krunner and panel editing tool should be center to the window when invoked

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I do have PLASMA_USE_QT_SCALING=1 enabled because I have a 4k screen, and
without that line, things would look out of place. Especially menus icons and
the panel. The panel would be too small that I have to scale it to 114 to have
it a nice size.
