I don't see how this is out of scope. It seems like a perfectly reasonable
request to me. Night color already has a location-based option for itself. If
it's fine for Night Color, it should be fine for the KCM itself.
Speaking personally, I would appreciate and use such an option. Having to
manually set timezones is a pain in the butt when I travel.
