SUMMARY
The tag list dropdown for the brush presets docker can sometimes become
basically unusable while the docker is undocked.
This is not a regression of Krita 5.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Detach the presets docker.
2. Reattach it.
3. Detach it again.
4. Attempt to select a new tag.
OBSERVED RESULT
The tag dropdown shows for a split second and then closes.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I might have observed other situations where the tag dropdown becomes unusable
when the docker is undocked, but I'm not totally sure.
