SUMMARY

Window Rules settings are missing lables on radio buttons when opened directly
from window (window_rules_stand_alone.png).
When opened from inside System Settings, the radio buttons have the appropriate
labels (window_rules_system_settings.png).


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. rmc on window  titlebar -> More Actions -> Configure Special Application
Settings ...
2. look at "Match whole window class"
3. there are just two undeclared radio buttons

4. open System Settings -> Window Management -> Window Rules -> any existing
rule set
5. look at "Match whole window class"
6. the same radio buttons have explanatory labels
