Example project with bug
Speed effect does not changes actual speed of image sequence clip (it changes
inly clip duration while play speed did not changed).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add Image sequence to project (1 image per frame)
2. Append speed effect to clip and change speed to 300%
OBSERVED RESULT
Clip on timeline played at normal speed without any speedup
EXPECTED RESULT
Clip played 3x times faster than normal.
